Job Description
Project:
Participate in the full lifecycle of web application project.
Ability to develop new applications or enhancements.
Ability to deliver on multiple projects with competing timelines in a fast-paced environment.
Ensures that the application developed performs unit testing.
Ensures that the applications and services are secured and implemented the best security practices.
Ability to work without close supervision, keeping focused on short and long-term objectives.
Understands and comply with the defined and agreed SDLC and CMMI Standards of the organizations.
Writes documentation related to major and complex development or enhancement to existing projects.
Support
Ability to support and develop applications to the issues raised by project managers/stakeholders.
Able to detect the cause of the issues.
Able to implement preventive actions to recurring issues and find a solution to fix them.
Qualifications:
Has more than 5 years as a Fullstack developer
Has experience in Application Support
Bachelor's or master's degree in any related field –IT, Computer Science
Good in English communications: read, write and speak
Able to read and analyze technical and functional specifications
Able to do in-depth analysis in order to provide workarounds or solutions for business continuity
Has been involved on ground up Web Development Proejct, its Release process and support
Able to multitask whether its development, bugfixing, or support
Proactive in daily reporting of tasks and updates/follow up
