Relationship Manager

• Responsible for the achievement of Sales Objectives in Corporate tie-ups and Membership Generation through product presentation to employees of HomeCredit’s client companies at the client’s preferred time and venue.

• Undertakes effective selling efforts to meet conversion ratios set by Management

• Build good rapport with Contact Persons from clients to ensure cooperation and successful roll out of the HomeCredit program.

• Coordinates with Marketing for preparation of Membership collaterals and invitations

• Supervises Sales Associate in preparation of Membership collaterals and other materials needed during the presentation to employees.

• Sign-off/Approves the proof list of the encoded of Membership application forms by the Sales Associates.

• Effectively prepares presentation materials that may be needed to tailor fit the needs of the clients

• Recommends sales approaches, effective presentation and promotional materials

• Reports weekly activities that may be needed for the group’s performance evaluation

• Perform other functions that may be assigned from time to time by management in order to support the goals of the company.
