Sales Support Associate

Contract Duration: 12 months
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days)
Location: Ortigas, Pasig
Salary Offer: up to Php24,000

JOB DESCRIPTION

This role is reporting to the Sales Support Team Lead. It is a full-time role, with a hybrid work arrangement (on as per need basis).

Operational :

Process deals created by the sales team and process user purchases
Perform verifications on deals (requirements and payment provided)
Manage commercial account manager concerns
Coordinate with relevant departments for requests provided by the sales team (bugs, trade materials, SKU requests)
Accountable for operational commercial projects/tests required by the commercial verticals
Manage sales CRM tools (Salesforce)
Monitor and remind clients with recurring payments and help collect if necessary
Perform outbound calls to ensure customer success
Check market standing via liquidity test
Support Philippine market

QUALIFICATIONS

At least 2 years in College/University in business areas such as management, marketing, or economics or IT related courses
Experience with CRM or subscription management tool (Salesforce, Base, Chargebee, etc.) is preferred
6 months to 1 year Sales Support or CSR Sales experience
Familiarity with MS Excel functions (pivot, vlookup, etc) and Google products is a plus
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Filipino
Ability to be flexible, problem-solve, and wear multiple hats in a start-up and multicultural environment
Ability to analyze and solve complex technical issues- Strong attention to details and desire to follow procedures
High level of integrity, honesty, and judgement;
Diligence and discipline in work ethics
Willing to work on a weekend or holiday if necessary
