Job Description
Dispute Management Specialist
Location: Makati City
Work Set up: Onsite reporting
Schedule: Dayshift
Salary: up to 33,000 + Complete benefits
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be a graduate of any Business, Information Technology course or any related discipline.
Preferably with experience in interbank ATM and InstaPay transactional disputes or transaction monitoring/settlement
1 year experience in a bank’s e-Banking or ATM Center Operations
Very good communication skills.
Should be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong organization, verbal and written communication skills, diplomacy and problem-solving skills are essential.
