Job Description
· In charge of all payroll-related tasks, including benefit requirements set by the government.
· Prepare and keep track of employee cash advances.
· Help employees file for statutory claims (SSS, PHIC, and HDMF) by making sure every document required is submitted.
· Track attendance data and create a monthly tardy report.
· Process the last pay or last pay of the departing employees.
· 13th month pay calculation and processing.
· Manages, updates, and keeps track of an employee's accrued and remaining leave credits.
· Maintain personnel records in accordance with company policy and regulatory requirements (attendance, LEAVE FORM data, etc.).
