Accounting Manager (UK Client) - Muntinlupa

The position will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the accounting department including accounts payable, budget and forecasting, accounts reconciliation, variance analysis, financial reporting and compliance.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage full cycle accounting processes including accounts payable and receivable, financial reporting, tax filings and compliance
• Developing and implementing accounting policies in accordance with acceptable standards
• Examine financial statements and records to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance
• Prepare month-end reports including basic financial statements: balance sheet, income statement and cash flow
• Inspect and update all documentation and systems related to accounting and company finances
• Suggest thoughtful, scalable approaches to reducing costs, streamlining processes, and improving margins
• Conduct profit and loss analysis
• Developing strategies that work to minimize financial risk

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• At least 5 years related experience in Accounting
• Exceptional interpersonal communication and leadership skills
• Exceptional time management and able to solve problems
• Sound decision-making skills based on accurate and timely analyses
• Excellent communication skills and proficient in both spoken and written English
• Wiling to work 100% onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa
