Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:
Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open-source tools
Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs
Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs
Coordinate with the product and development teams to identify system requirements
Monitor debugging process results
Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions
Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts
Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies

Job Qualifications
Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer for a software solutions company or similar role
Strong knowledge of the latest UI design principles, patterns, trends, and best practices for designing software solutions
Portfolio of design projects
Knowledge of wireframe tools
Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Suite, Figma and the like
Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
Good time-management skills

WORK SETUP: ONSITE IN MAKATI (8 AM - 5 PM)
