Job Description
• Must have at least 1 year of BPO customer service experience and 1 year in
any of the following line of businesses: disputes, fraud, or claims.
• Experience in E-Commerce or marketplace platforms is a plus
• Experience in Quality Control/Assurance is preferred but not required
• Excellent communication skills
• Willing to work in rotating shifts
• Can work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
