Job Title: Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Account: Online Video Sharing
Location: Onsite – Taguig
Schedule: Shifting (including nights, weekends, holidays)

Job Qualifications:
• Completed at least 2 years in college, with no back subjects
• Open to fresh graduates and career shifters
• Prior BPO or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
• Excellent communication skills in English (must pass B2 level Versant test)
• Willing and able to work onsite in Taguig

Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative for our Online Video Sharing Account, you will be responsible for providing world-class customer support to users of a leading video-sharing platform. You will assist users via chat, email, or phone, helping with account concerns, content issues, policy clarifications, and general inquiries while maintaining a professional and empathetic tone.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound customer queries and concerns related to video sharing, account access, and content moderation.
• Provide accurate, timely, and empathetic responses via email, chat, or calls.
• Guide users in navigating platform features and resolving technical issues.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
• Maintain quality standards and meet performance metrics such as CSAT, AHT, and QA.
• Stay up to date with platform policies, guidelines, and feature updates.
Salary:
₱30,000.00 Monthly
