Social Media Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement social media strategies that align with the overall marketing goals and objectives of the company.
2. Manage all social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
3. Create and curate engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in brand messaging across all social media channels.
5. Monitor social media trends, platforms, and best practices to stay ahead of the curve and identify opportunities for growth.
6. Manage social media advertising campaigns and optimize performance through data analysis and testing.
7. Measure the success of social media campaigns using analytics tools and report on key metrics to stakeholders.
8. Respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner.
9. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media technologies and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness in social media management.
10. Collaborate with other departments such as product development, customer service, and sales to ensure alignment with social media strategies.
11. Maintain a deep understanding of our target audience's preferences, behaviors, and pain points to inform content creation and social media strategy development.
12. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies in the social media landscape to inform strategic decision-making.
13. Collaborate with external agencies or freelancers as needed to support social media initiatives or fill gaps in expertise or resources.
14. Participate in regular team meetings to share insights, updates, and best practices related to social media management and strategy development.
