Job Description

JOB SUMMARY
Manages the overall marketing requirements of the company. Leads the product development and marketing
in research, planning, implementation, and documentation. Works closely with Sales, Product Development,
Graphic Design, Programming, and Technical teams.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Operational Functions
1. Marketing
a. Manages the branding of the company
b. Manages the branding of products and product awareness campaigns
c. Provides in-depth market, industry, and competitive analysis, research, and positioning of the
products
i. Reviews local and international setting, and suggest application
ii. Conducts research for project feasibility
iii. Reviews existing products and suggest enhancement
iv. Conducts field visits for research and to evaluation of products
d. Directs the Marketing efforts onsite and online
i. Aligns with Product Development, Sales Team, and Power Mac Marketing team for
research to have an effective marketing & sales activities plan
ii. Develops marketing campaigns, for evaluation and approval of the General Manager
iii. Execute activities that will generate leads, including coordination with suppliers, e.g.
flyers, newsletter/email marketing, exhibits, events, saturation, online presence (social
media, website), B2B events, webinars, survey/fill-out forms, press releases, etc.
iv. Responsible for tracking and monitoring marketing budget
v. Manages SEO, SEM, and other analytics for the company and its products
e. Marketing operations – oversees fulfillment of client requirements in marketing/advertising
f. Prepares and submits weekly updates, and monthly report to the General Manager
g. Performs other duties as may be required by the immediate superior and/or the management
2. Website & Social Media Management
a. Directly manages online accounts and provides regular content updates (content creation)
b. Prepares a monthly content calendar for social media content updates
c. Updates the website for new products and inventory, in coordination with Programming team
d. Coordinates with Product Dev and/or Technical team for information and photos to be included
in the posts
e. Prepares and submits weekly updates, and monthly report to the General Manager
3. People Development
a. Manages the activities, performance, and development of the team
b. Conducts substantive and timely performance evaluation among his/her subordinates
c. Monitors job progress against key milestones
d. Provides training needs and maps out developmental plans for the team
e. Performs all other necessary tasks for the success of the Team

External Contacts : Partners / Clients / Customers / Suppliers
V. JOB REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Graduate of Marketing or any Marketing-related course. Graduate of Marketing or any Marketing-related course.
At least 3 year’s experience in product development, marketing, product design, research, project feasibility, and
pricing strategy. Advertising platforms and Interactive Kiosks background is an advantage.
SPECIALIZATION/TECHNICAL SKILLS
Skilled in research, analyzing data, and creating and implementing plans within a timeline. Skilled in creating and
managing campaigns, generating content, and can drive sales growth. Social media, LinkedIn and online marketing.
SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics. Good in copywriting. Must be knowledgeable in presentation and reports.
Experience in B2B marketing. Proficient in MS Office applications and Google workspace. Knows basic Photoshop or
Canva.
INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
Can lead a team and is efficient in resource management. Can work independently and can collaborate effectively.
Excellent customer service. Results-driven and committed. Excellent organizational, communication skills, and detail
oriented. Creative, innovative, and knows the trends.
Salary:
25.000,00 ₱ Monthly
