Job Description
- Managing existing accounts and identifying new sales opportunities.
- Serves customers by selling products and assisting with customer's queries.
- Processing and recording accurate and detailed customer data.
- Handles and assesses customer queries and concerns.
- Acknowledging customer queries and complaints and resolving the same.
- Identify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business
- Coordinating with internal and external team members.
Requirements
- Fresh graduates are very much welcome to apply.
- College graduate of any 4-year course
- With experience as sales is an advantage, but not required
- Willing to do fieldwork
- A positive, can-do attitude, strong work ethic, and passion for driving results.
- Provide excellent customer service.
