Qualifications:
• Candidate must have at least 1 month of BPO experience
• Candidate must have at least Good English Communication Skills
• Accepting Highschool graduates, College Undergraduates, Vocational Graduates, and K12/Senior Highschool Graduates
• Must be willing to start ASAP
• Amenable to work on-site and on shifting schedule
• Willing to work for Full time job

Job Overview:
• Handle a wide range of customer interactions, including phone calls, emails, and chat messages, to assist clients with account-related tasks, product inquiries, technical issues, and service requests

Job Description:
• Assist customers with billing inquiries, payment processing, invoice disputes, and refund requests, ensuring compliance with company billing procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate effectively with customers, using clear and concise language to convey information, clarify expectations, and manage customer perceptions.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the company's CRM system, ensuring data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations.
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of frequently asked questions (FAQs), troubleshooting tips, product guides, and company policies to assist customers efficiently and accurately.
