Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced 5 Axis CNC Machine Programmer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating a 5 Axis CNC machine, utilizing the B-Solid software. This role requires a deep understanding of CNC programming, precision machining, and the ability to work with complex designs and materials.
Qualifications
• Education: Associate degree in CNC machining, manufacturing technology, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in programming and operating 5 Axis CNC machines, preferably with Biesse machines and B-Solid software.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in B-Solid software for CNC programming.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Knowledge of materials and machining processes.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with team members and documenting processes.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with other CNC programming software and machines.
• Certification in CNC machining or programming.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment focused on high-precision components.
