Customer Care Head (Pampanga)

QUALIFICATIONS:
 Graduate of Marketing Management, Operations Management, Business
Administration or other relevant degree
 At least 3-5 years’ relevant work experience
 Preferably from a Construction Company
 Effective customer service and communication skills
RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Represent the company in meetings and conferences that require technical
information, opinion or decision on project management.
 Develop and recommend training program of the department designed to update,
hone and improve competence and skill of the group.
 Achieve marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing
and evaluating advertising, merchandising and trade promotion programs;
developing field sales action plans.
 Keep accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers.
SALARY RANGE: 35k – 40k
