Job Description

Position: Appointment Setter
Location: Onsite/ Plaza Victoria, Sto. Rosario, Sto. Domingo, Angeles City
Employment Type: Full-time
Start Date: Immediate

Overview: The Appointment Setter will be responsible for endorsing and promoting our outsourcing services to potential clients based in Australia. This role involves engaging with prospective clients, explaining the benefits of our services, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of our services, and the ability to build relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and other communication channels.
Present and explain our outsourcing services effectively to prospective clients.
Schedule appointments for the sales team with interested clients.
Maintain and update the client database with accurate information.
Follow up with clients to ensure appointment commitments are met.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching targets.
Provide feedback on client interactions to improve service offerings.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
Proven experience as an appointment setter, telemarketer, or similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Willingness to work onsite and start immediately.
Experience in the outsourcing or BPO industry.
Understanding of the Australian market and business culture.
