Job Description

Mandarin Bilingual CSR - NON VOICE
Salary Range: PHP60,000 - PHP90,000/month
Location: Quezon City

Position Summary:

Responsible for delivering outstanding customer service
Upbeat, outgoing, motivated persons, with the entrepreneurial spirit needed.
Ensures customer satisfaction and loyalty by assisting and resolving a wide variety of customer requests, inquiries, and complaints.

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent
Can speak (20%) but mainly read (80%) in Mandarin - average to excellent communication skills in the language
Ability to work in a non-scripted environment
Proficient in MS Office and Internet browsing
Amenable to work in shifting schedule, weekends and holidays
Willing to work onsite
