Job Description
▪ Graduate in any field
▪ Project Management certifications preferred (Prince2 / PMP)
Skills:
▪ Must be proficient in Advanced MS Office (Excel. Word, Power Point)
▪ Excellent written & verbal communication
▪ Proactive approach and results focused
▪ Should be comfortable in dealing with ambiguity and reach best possible result
▪ Must be able to independently identify root causes, gather and analyze data to support hypotheses
and develop actionable recommendation
▪ Must be willing and able to travel and work in multiple time zones
Knowledge/Experience:
▪ 5+ years of experience in a project management or transition management role
▪ Proven track record of running large projects
▪ Experience in insurance / broking or financial services industry will be added advantage
