L1 - IT Desktop Support

Scope of Work:
-The IT Desktop Support staff reports to the IT Workforce Manager.
-Manages and provides hardware and software maintenance.
-Interfaces with the internal and external clients of BPOSEATS.com
-Provides technical services in an effective and efficient manner to ensure maximum access to and implementation of technology services and resources of BPOSEATS.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Hardware:
- Maintain BPOSEATS computer systems, equipment and peripherals, as requested.
- Assist internal and external clients of BPOSEATS.
- Assist with, provide technical support, troubleshooting resolution and updating/upgrading of computer hardware, server, security and surveillance systems.
- Assist other IT personnel in the site offices when required.

Software:

- Provide troubleshooting resolution and updating/upgrading of software.
- Set up PC system user accounts, when requested by internal and external clients.

Network Management:

- Check the ISP and network system on a daily basis and provide initial troubleshooting when the need arises.
- Carry out routine network maintenance tasks

Administration:

- Liaise with suppliers for the supply of IT equipment, tools and repair of equipment / devices under warranty contract.
- Monitor inventory of IT items, PC systems, equipment and peripherals.
- Other tasks or projects assigned by the BPOSEATS Management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology,
Computer Science and related courses.
- Atleast 1 - 3 years’ experience as IT Desktop Support
- Must have a working understanding of networks, software and hardware.
- Must be able to work with different levels of the organization and must understand structure.
- Knowledgeable in Operating System configuration

Salary Range: Php 16,000.00 - Php 18,000.00
