Job Qualifications:

Relevant experience is a PLUS
Great verbal and written communication skills including grammar and spelling
Comfortable with decision making by assessing the situation, researching potential solutions and making recommendations

Job Description:

Interact with customers to provide information via phone, email or chat and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Contribute to customer satisfaction by ensuring that the customer’s concerns are being addressed accordingly and in a polite manner
Respond to customer inquiries via Facebook and Instagram
Respond to inquiries with active listening – identifying additional needs and support any upgrades in products and services
Stay up-to-date and knowledgeable about the products and services offered by the company
Salary:
