Job Description

Job Summary:
The Technical Support Specialist will provide technical assistance and support to our customers. This role involves diagnosing and resolving technical issues, as well as educating customers about our products and services. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in technical support or a related field.

Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customers via phone, email, chat, or remote sessions.
• Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
• Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues.
• Guide customers through installation and configuration of software and equipment.
• Document and track customer issues and resolutions using a ticketing system.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Technical Support Specialist or similar role, with 2-3 years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
• Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Salary:
25.000,00 ₱ Monthly
