Job Description

Sales Engineer-Grain Division

Job Description
• Lead generation: identify and pursue sales opportunities and potential clients
• Key accounts management: establish and maintain high level of customer satisfaction with existing customer base
• Develop and acquire new business for Integris
• Preparation and timely submission of reports (meeting, site visit, and project)
• Facilitation of quotations, proposals, and negotiations
• Assist Technical/Engineering team in the preparation of technical specifications of project proposals
• Present project proposals and progress to project owners
• Perform other administrative duties

Position Requirements:

• A degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Agricultural Engineering (Power & Machinery), Mechatronics or equivalent
• Strong technical background in food or feed manufacturing industry (like rice milling, commercial grain silo storage, mechanical grain drying, feed milling, flour milling, etc.) is a big advantage
• Basic proficiency in 2D/3D AUTOCAD or 3D modelling software
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• With very good communication skills
• Organized and results-oriented
• Adaptable to both leadership and hands-on roles
• With high level of integrity, honesty, and dedication towards work
• Willing to travel all over the Philippines
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Previous sales experience is not required
