Job Description
• Must be a graduate of Finance or Business-related course is preferred.
• With 3 years supervisory Experience Handling an Implementations Team
• With 3 years Project Management, initiatives, process improvement
• With Experience in Systems Implementations
• With Experience in creating job aids/policies
• With Experience in creating job aids/policies, training materials and documents, creating
and managing reports
• Proven leadership abilities to lead projects and teams successfully.
• Must possess good organization and time management skills, project management.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; excellent presentation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of performance metrics.
• Ability to communicate and explain complex processes and concepts.
• Proven ability to provide solid customer service.
• Familiarity with RealPage products, SharePoint and SalesForce.com a plus.
• Must be able to multi-task, work in high paced and deadline driven environment.
• Must be willing to work in a fixed night shift schedule.
• Must be flexible in terms of work arrangement (3 Months work on site and Hybrid after 2
to 3 times in a week
