Civil/Structural Design Supervisor

Job Summary/Key Purpose
Supervises the overall function of the Civil Engineering Design Section. Monitors the timely submittals of technical designs based on specifications. Monitors the installation of structural members and components at the Project Sites.

Duties and Responsibilities
 Performs Design Analysis and preparation of building structures documentation drawings to be submitted to
and evaluated by the client.
 Revises civil and building structures documentation drawings based on the comments of the client.
 Prepares civil and building structures drawings for the application for Building Permit.
 Supervises site civil and building structures drawing works and concerns through online coordination.
 Supplements civil details drawing as requested by the project site.
 Prepares as-built civil and structural drawings.
 Monitors and tracks Civil and Structural Drawings.
 Prepares civil and structural materials checklist, proposed deadline trackers, and other supplementary forms
and documents.
 Conducts coordination meetings with the client.
 Checks and evaluates Civil Structural and Architectural Drawings.

Education : Degree Holder in Bachelor of Civil Engineering
Certificates, Licenses, Registration : PRC License and Certificate of Trainings on Design Applications and Software's
Experience : At least 3-5 years of experience in Civil Engineering Design
Special Skill/s : Proficient in Civil and Structural Design Software's
