Liaison Officer cum Civil Engineer

Job description
Plans, designs, and overseeing the construction of bridges, earthworks, land development, and other types of infrastructures.
Analyzing survey reports, long-range plans, maps and other data to design new projects.
Considering budget, regulations and environmental hazards during risk-analysis stage.
Preparing material, equipment and labor cost estimates and confirming costs are within the budget.
Forecasting design and construction timeline.
Completing and submitting all permit applications to the appropriate agencies and ensuring projects are compliant throughout the design and construction stages.
Using design software to create project drawings and renderings.
Liaise with local institutions in connection with the current & new projects.
Qualifications:

She must have degree in Civil Engineering or any equivalent course.
She must have experience in the same field or fresh graduate is also encourage to apply.
She must be able to work independently.
She must have an excellent written and verbal communication skills.
She must have an excellent organizational skills.
She must be proactive and have an excellent social skills.
Must work onsite from Monday-Friday in Malate Manila.
