Job Summary/Key Purpose
Responsible for ensuring that Maxipro Development Corporation is ISO Certified. Responsible for the Internal and External Correspondence regarding the Projects.

Duties and Responsibilities
 Responsible for acquiring ISO Certification.
 Responsible for overseeing the implementation of all ISO Procedures.
 Responsible for the issuance of Corrective Action Requests to Division and Departments that deviate from
established ISO Procedures.
 Responsible for monitoring the effectiveness on actions regarding Non-Conformances.
 Responsible for developing new Procedures that will cater new processes regarding project management.
 Responsible for advising concerned Divisions and Departments to revise their respective Procedures to cater
changes in the processes.
 Initiates Internal Audit according to Internal Audit Procedure.
 Acts as Lead Auditor during Internal Audits.
 Acts as the Managing Head for Pollution Control Officers.
 Acts as the lead officer of the ManCom Secretariat.

Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Electrical, Materials Engineering or other related fields

Certificates, Licenses, Registration : Professional Regulatory Commission-License Holder

Training : ISO Awareness Training, Internal Audit Training and Certification

Special Skill/s : Proficient with Microsoft Applications
