Design Manager

The Design Manager is responsible for supervising the design works, ensuring that quality design deliverables are released in a timely manner.

Duties and Responsibilities:
-Supervise and direct the design team personnel on their day-to-day activities to ensure timely provision of drawings.
-Monitor the productivity and efficiency of the team, initiate process improvement, motivate and coach team members, and provide proper training to staff and officers for the efficient implementation of the process.
-Analyze and resolve design issues and identify possible solutions.
-Providing feedback and monitoring the quality of the design output.
-Managing project timelines and budgets, ensuring resources are used effectively.
-Continually reviewing and implementing improvements to the design process.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in architecture
-Preferably Licensed Architect
-Preferably with 5 to 7 years’ experience in Architecture/Interior Design
-At least with 5 to 8 years' experience as supervisor/assistant manager
-With excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Flexible
-With ability to lead the team
-Willing to relocate
-Amenable to work in Sto. Tomas Batangas
