Job Description

DESCRIPTION

This generalist administration role will primarily provide HR, Payroll, onboarding and employee events coordination support. By providing end to end administration support for the employee experience including recruitment, on boarding, pay roll tasks and cyclical people actives such as performance reviews. The role will be responsible for maintenance of employee files and payroll data. Ad hoc corporate support functions to be undertaken as required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Payroll in run monthly for the 15th of each month. A small end of month pay run is occasionally required.
Ensuring all leave is correctly entered and approved in accordance with the Leave Policy
Provide Employee portal access assistance when required
Ensure all time sheets are entered correctly and approved prior to payroll
Ensure all expenses have receipts and are entered correctly.
Enter all salary and allowance adjustments
Upload commission statements as prepared by the Sales and Property Management administration team
Maintain the RDO schedule ensuring employee have the correct weekly schedule
Ensuring Managers have appropriate access to all direct reports for approvals
Management of all employee related documentation to be recorded in Key Pay
General administration support with the monthly payroll



REQUIREMENTS
3-4 years Previous experience in a Human Resources administration role
Previous payroll and employee software experience (preferably QuickBooks) Knowledge of Australian employment legislation (preferable)
Strong numerical skills
Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
Strong Organizational skills with an ability to manage workload to meet deadline requirements
Excellent Excel skills
Salary:
35.000,00 ₱ Monthly
