Requirements and Qualifications:

Job Summary:
General Accountants perform various accounting duties for a company, such as tax reconciliation, bookkeeping, invoicing, and inventory control. Their main objectives are to manage a company’s financial processes and operations, which include reviewing invoices, running payroll, budgeting, and tax preparation.

Responsibilities:
1. Maintain records of accounting transactions and evaluate results efficiently.

2. Analyze accounting processes, identify issues, and research all solutions to ensure efficient workflow.

3. Maintain journal entries and all ledger accounts and ensure reconciliation of all statements.

4. Perform regular analysis of accounting issues and resolve them efficiently.

5. Administer reconciliation of all contract amounts and manage all claims every month.
6. Maintain and perform regular updates on accounting systems every day.

7. Provide technology support to clients and analyze all input data for clients.

8. Prepare balance sheets and income statements and provide support to all internal and external auditors.

9. Develop various systems to improve the efficiency of accounting processes.

10. Monitor all reporting requests and prepare reports regularly to ensure resolution.

11. Coordinate with management and departments and ensure optimal quality of services to all clients.

12. Collaborate with project teams and resolve all accounting issues for new products and systems.

13. Monitor inventory stock accounts, and prepare status reports for all fixed assets.

14. Manage billing of all contracts to ensure accuracy and evaluate every month.

15. Develop various internal control programs and maintenance programs for the same.
16. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Superior.
