Jr. Quality Assurance (Auditor)

-Bachelor's degree in information technology or any related courses
-At least 2 years of experience as a QA Analyst
-Hands-on experience in software quality assurance, auditing, or related roles
-Experience in conducting audits, assessments, and reviews of software development
processes, practices, and deliverables.
-Experience with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall), testing
techniques, and quality management systems
-Auditing Skills - Strong understanding of auditing principles, methodologies, and best
practices.
-Familiarity with auditing frameworks and standards such as ISO 9001, ISO/IEC
25010, and ISACA among others
-Experience in conducting risk assessments, control evaluations, and compliance
reviews.
-Familiarity with software quality assurance tools, test automation frameworks, and
software development lifecycle (SDLC) models.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze complex software artifacts,
identify quality issues, and propose solutions for improvement.
-Communication Skills - Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to
interact with various stakeholders, including developers, project managers, and
clients.
-Ability to articulate audit findings, recommendations, and corrective actions clearly
and professionally
-Attention to Detail - Able to thoroughly examine software artifacts, documentation,
and processes for compliance.
