Job Description
-Assist customers and address concerns and inquiries through inbound call services and email support using the English language.
-Ensure accurate and timely responses to customer queries.
-Record and maintain customer interactions in the database.
-Strive to meet or exceed customer satisfaction and service level targets.
-Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to assist customers effectively.
-Adhere to department and company policies and procedures while assisting customers
-Exemplifies commitment and flexibility towards work
-Attendance adherence is very essential.
Requirements:
-Customer Support or Service experience minimum of 1 year.
-Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English
-Familiarity with Google Sheets is advantageous.
-Neutral accent
-Above average typing speed is a plus.
-Able to adhere and work on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends or holidays, if required.
-Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
-Ability to work independently in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
-Good time management and multitasking skills

- 16.000,00 ₱ Monthly
