Accounting/Finance Staff

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented entry-level accountant to join our team. As an entry-level accountant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial records of our organization. Your responsibilities will include monitoring accounts receivable, updating accounts payable and inventories, and preparing financial reports. We’re looking for someone who is computer literate, has excellent numerical and analytical skills, and is eager to learn and grow in the field of accounting.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining Records: Keep accurate records of assets and liabilities.
• Accounts Payable: Update accounts payable by verifying and recording invoices.
• Balancing Sheets and Income Statements: Assist in balancing financial statements.
• Reviewing Income and Expenses: Analyze income and expenses to ensure accuracy.
• Regular Reporting: Prepare regular financial reports.
• Other Accounting Duties: Assist with other accounting-related tasks as needed.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Business Administration - Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
Organizational Skills: Good organizational abilities.
Analytical Skills: Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
Accounting Knowledge: Familiarity with accounting and financial reporting competencies.
Computer Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office and competency in computer software (e.g., Quickbooks) is an advantage.
