Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and highly motivated IT/Sales Technician who is ready to take on all Technician and Sales responsibilities from providing service and generating leads to closing sales.

Responsibilities and Duties

-Assisting customers and presenting product.
-Determining the best products to meet the requirements of a customer.
-Providing technical support on products and/or service.
-Have in-depth technical knowledge about the products.
-Sending technical specification to potential buyers along with the sales quotes.
-Installing hardware and software systems
-Troubleshooting
-Setting up computer security measures
-Configuring computer networks
-Offering technical support on-site or via phone or email.
