Established in 1986, Fastronics Sales and Services, Inc. (FSSI) is an IT Parts distributor and an authorize service center of computer hardware, peripherals and other I.T. related products. Our business model is aimed towards providing high quality Parts and Service support to all Value-Added Resellers (VAR) of major IT brands and System Integrators as well. Through time, we were able to forge partnership with reputable brands for warehouse management services and in-warranty repair support for top brands of monitor and its manufacturers. As a service organization, we invested heavily on our manpower resource. Prioritizing on advancing their skills through Industry-related trainings held within the country and abroad that have earned us the confidence of key industry players to partner with us. We have been managing spare parts for warranty claims of our Principals since 2011. Our 1,300 square meter of parts storage facility is complete with racks, lift, manpower resource and a fully developed process in managing parts with still plenty of room to expand.

Job Description

• Asset Logistics Management: Coordinate with clients to deliver and pick up IT assets.
• Technical Support: Dismantle and troubleshoot computers for potential issues.
• Installation and Configuration: Ensure proper functionality and user satisfaction.
• Quality Control: Implement standards to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients during on-site visits.
• Documentation: Generate detailed reports for internal analysis and client feedback.
• Equipment Pick-Up: Organize and execute the pick-up of end-of-life equipment.
• Training and Development: Stay updated on the latest technological trends and product knowledge.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure the team follows proper safety measures.
• Efficiency Optimization: Implement solutions to optimize asset management procedures.
• Customer Satisfaction: Monitor customer satisfaction through feedback and performance metrics.

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience in technical roles, including dismantling, troubleshooting, and installations.
• Ability to manage and coordinate logistics efficiently.
• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in e-waste disposal or IT solutions.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Familiarity with digital marketing strategies.
• Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to supervise and motivate a sales team
