Job Description

Minimum Job Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree Holder or 2 Years Experience in any engineering or business related field
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

Duties and Responsibilities:

Sales Responsibility:

Ensures that targets are met for Area Assigned
Ensures that gross profit target is met for Area Assigned
Reviews and approves Estimates, Proposals, Materials Requests and Request for funds for Standard PMS Contracts
Secures Preventive Maintenance Contracts for expiring warranty units.
Reviews and approves discounts not exceeding 10% services and supply of parts and consumables. Approval level does not apply to special rates, ie consignment contracts, special agreements, preventive maintenance contracts.
Executes coverage of untapped accounts by Service Advisors
Regularly reviews account sales performance (geographical coverage and product basket coverage) and ensures subscription/upselling of products/services for assigned area.
Prepares and Executes comprehensive coverage of Key Account/ Secondary Account
Plans Key Account/ Secondary Account Coverage Plan
Conducts business reviews with customers together with Service Advisors.
Assists concerns of Service Advisors on Critical Accounts
Prospects and develops new service accounts
Reviews and ensures that there is no long interval in the turnaround of quotations, evaluations and post billing works in assigned area.
Marketing Responsibility
Executes plans for promotional activities per area.
Technical Responsibility
Ensures PMS coverage of warranty and contract units
Reports product design issues in the area and coordinates with production for technical concerns
Administrative Responsibility
Reviews and approves dispatching with Shop Supervisor, Service Advisor and Service Coordinator
Reviews and ensures incident reports are submitted within a week of occurrence for claiming to factory or charging of liability
