Job Description

The Technical Leader is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing technical personnel, ensuring product quality, and managing technical programs and projects within the organization. They provide guidance, support, and mentorship to their team members, while also driving initiatives to enhance product quality and technical capabilities.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
• With knowledge and experience using office tools (excel, work, PPT, etc.)
• Proven experience in technical leadership roles, with a strong track record of managing personnel, driving product quality, and delivering complex technical projects.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their full potential.
• Extensive knowledge of software development methodologies, quance processes, and project management principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to make data-driven decisions and prioritize competing demands effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Know how to drive is a advantage.

Salary:
