Job Description

JOB SUMMARY
Leads the product development and marketing in research, planning, implementation, quality checking, and
documentation. Works closely with Graphic Design, Programming, and technical teams.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Operational Functions
1. Product Development and Marketing
a. Provides in-depth market, industry, and competitive analysis, research, and positioning of the
products
 Reviews local and international setting, and suggest application
 Conducts research for project feasibility
 Reviews existing products and suggest enhancement
 Conducts field visits for research and to evaluation of products
b. Develop products based on the research and analysis (1) to meet client requirements and (2) to
have advertising programs
 Recommends new product and develop pricing strategies
 Prepares product design, user story
c. Manages product from conceptualization, development, and delivery to the clients
 Provides plan of action for the products to superior for evaluation and approval
 Manages the product development in coordination with the internal teams (sales,
programming, marketing, technical, finance)
1. Regularly interfaces with the System Sales for client requirements and
approvals
2. Ocular site visits
 Performs quality checking and review of products
 Prepares presentation, and demo when necessary.
d. Coordinates with Sales and related teams to discuss product-related concerns and to develop
effective marketing & sales activities
e. Prepares and submits weekly updates, and monthly report to superior
f. Performs other duties as may be required by the immediate superior and/or the management
2. Marketing Operations
a. Manages the branding of the company
b. Manages the branding of products and product awareness campaigns
c. Provides marketing and digital marketing trend research
d. Directs the Marketing efforts onsite and online
 Aligns with Product Development and Power Mac Marketing team for research to
have an effective marketing & sales activities plan
 Develops the marketing campaign, for evaluation and approval of the General
Manager
 Activities may include: flyers, newsletter, exhibits, saturation, online presence (social
media, website), etc.
 Manages the production of promotional materials (eg flyers, newsletters, and other
graphics requirements)
e. Prepares and submits weekly updates, and monthly report to the Product Dev & Ops Manager
f. Performs other duties as may be required by the immediate superior and/or the management
3. Website & Social Media Management
a. Directly manages online accounts and provides regular content updates
b. Prepares a monthly content calendar for social media content updates
c. Updates the website for new products and inventory, in coordination with Programming team
d. Coordinates with Product Dev and/or Technical team for information and photos to be included
in the posts
e. Prepares and submits weekly updates, and monthly report to the Product Dev & Ops Manager
and the General Manager
IV. INTERACTIONS
Reports to : Product Development & Operations Manager
Internal Contacts : PIE Teams
Supervises : Operations Associate & Graphics Design Associate
External Contacts : Partners / Clients / Customers / Potential Stakeholders
V. JOB REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Graduate of Marketing or any Marketing-related course. At least 3 years’ experience in product development,
marketing, product design, research, project feasibility, and pricing strategy. Advertising platforms and Interactive
Kiosks background is an advantage.
SPECIALIZATION/TECHNICAL SKILLS
Skilled in research, marketing planning, analyzing data, product development (planning, implementation, quality
checking, and documentation). Knows basic Photoshop or Canva. Social media and online marketing. Good in
copywriting. Must be knowledgeable in presentation and reports. Proficient in MS Office applications and Google
workspace.
INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
Can work independently and can collaborate effectively. Excellent customer service. Efficient resource management
and scheduling. Results-driven and committed. Excellent organizational, communication skills, and detail oriented.
Creative, innovative, and knows the trends.
Salary:
30.000,00 ₱ Monthly
