Mold Assistant Supervisor (46515) - Calamba Laguna

Summary:
Reports directly to the Mold/ Eng'g Manager/ Expat Mngr. Overall in charge of whole Mold department activities plan, designate, allocate resources based on priorities. Analyze and expedite workload for repair and maintenance. Follow instructions and priorities of your superior and keep a well-managed department from area cleaning and arrangement, tools and equipment availability and maintenance, mold keeping and storage.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Perform task as directed by your superior.
2. Creates Daily, Weekly and Monthly mold activity plan (Repair and Maintenance).
3. Monitors the progress and result of daily activity through coordination with subordinates.
4. Adjust allocate manpower and resources based on departmental priorities.
5. Performs investigation and analysis for mold breakdown.
6. Suggest or initiate mold improvement to avoid breakdown re-occurrence.
7. Ensure that all daily routine activity were performed, documented, and completed (Clean, Inspect, Lubricate)
8. Monitors and controls the whole department making sure that it complies with Safety, Environment, and ISO requirements.
9. Performs review of personnel reports pertaining to work accomplishments, deviations making sure that it’s within the required achievement rate based on company target and standards.
10. Prepares weekly and monthly reports to Superior.
11. Overall, in charge of keeping a positive working environment well organized to meet company objectives, targets, and goals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and/or Experience:
• College graduate in the field of Engineering
• Vocational or Technical course with equivalent year of work experience in the
same capacity within a Manufacturing Company.
• Must have knowledge and capability in the use of Machining equipment like Lathe, Grinding, EDM, Welding (Laser), and machining hand tools.
• With good moral character and can effectively interface with all levels of the organization.
• Has ability to interpret technical drawings.
