Field Service Technician

Job description

· College graduate- Engineering/Vocational courses or any related course/equivalent

· Repairing equipment and replacing of faulty parts

· Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.

· Tie workflow to schedule.

· Manage all on-site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks.

· Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.

· Produce timely and detailed service reports

· Operate vehicle in a safely manner and use field automation system

· Follow all company’s procedures and protocols

· Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization, with initiative

· Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations / briefings.

· Build positive relationship with customer and co-worker

· Ability to troubleshoot , test repair and service technical equipment / machines

· Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapts to changing work schedules – can relocate anywhere

· Familiarity with all tools and application
