Job Description
· Legal research which includes drafting legal memoranda, letters, pleadings, contracts and other documents
· Review of contracts
· Attend meetings, mediation, hearings and others of the like
· Answer queries from clients
· Assist with corporate transactions, contract negotiations and legal compliance;
· Interact with government offices, administrative, judicial and quasi-judicial bodies.
· Other tasks as may be required by the position
Requirements:
· Able to follow instructions and has high level of accuracy and attention to details
· Strong communication and people skills
· Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
· Problem-solving skills
· Values excellence, professionalism and hard work.
· Passed the Philippine Bar Examination

- ₱30,000.00 Monthly
