Job Description
** Work from home
** Full-time (40 hours per week)
** $735 Monthly Salary (open for negotiation)
** Work schedule: 8am to 4pm Pacific Time
** Salary and Shift will be further discussed during our call
TASKS:
** Monitor tenants with outstanding balances and follow up via phone call, text or email
** Respond to tenant inquiries regarding any concerns with rent payments, Tenant Portal etc.
** Collaborate with Leasing team for facilitating move-ins for new tenants via Appfolio.
** Rent collection and monitoring
** Reporting delinquencies to Rental Property Owners
** Send Rent reminders to tenants
** Send Rent Due Notices to Tenants and conducting follow-ups
** Facilitating Move-ins for New Tenants via AppFolio
** Assist in Monitoring and coordinating rent increases for all Rent control and Rent stabilized units
** Assist in preparing 3-Day Notices to Pay Rent or Quit for delinquent tenants
** Assist in preparing Rent Increase calculation sheets and Notices
Qualifications:
** Prior Work Experience in a Property Management company (California based company, if possible)
** Prior knowledge and experience in Accounts Receivable (A/R) processes
** Proficient in using AppFolio (property management software) and tools
** Strong English communication and writing skills
** Tech-savvy, fast-learner
** Organized and has strong attention to detail
** Customer-service oriented
TOOLS you should be familiar with:
** AppFolio Property Management Software - MUST HAVE
** Google (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Drive etc)
** C.A.R form
** DocuSign
** Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PPT)
