Content Moderator (English and Tagalog)

Role: Content Moderator (English and Tagalog)
Task Hours: Five Days a Week, 8 Hours Per Day

Role Overview:
You will be responsible for monitoring posts, comments, and videos on a chat site to ensure compliance with community guidelines and standards. You will play a critical role in maintaining a safe, respectful, fun, and engaging online environment for users.

Role Responsibilities:
1. Content Moderation: Monitor user-generated content including posts, comments, ads, promotions, and videos to identify and address inappropriate or prohibited content such as hate speech, vulgar content, harassment, political-related content, minor content, spam, nudity, and other violations of community guidelines.

2. Main Task: Content Management: Enforce site policies and community guidelines by allowing the content to be visible or be deleted in the application/system. Maintain detailed records of content moderation activities, including documenting user reports, moderation actions taken, and any escalations or incidents requiring further review or intervention.

Qualifications:
1. Excellent attention to detail and ability to quickly identify and assess content violations based on established guidelines and standards.
2. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
3. Open to High School Graduate
4. Knowledgeable in computer.
5. Content Moderator experience not required.

Work Setup:
• On-site work arrangement
• Day Shift
• Five days a week (Shifting schedule - not necessarily Monday- Friday, TBD)
