Job Description

1. Coordinates with manning companies and trainees for the schedule of training.
2. Conducts in-house training aligned with company standards.
3. Prepares the issuance of “Certificate of Attendance” for all trainees who have successfully completed the In-House Training.
4. Updates and maintains training monitoring records.
5. Prepares and updates training presentation and materials to ensure that it is at par with company standards.
6. Prepares monthly summary reports and PDOS accreditation and certifications for submission to OWWA.
7. Coordinates with the concerned managers and personnel on all matters having direct or indirect relations with the functions of the Training Department.
8. Closely coordinates with outsourced instructors to ensure that conduct of training, training materials and turnover are at par with company standards.
9. Prepares requisition for all training related purchases and coordinates with the Accounting Department on crew meal allowances.
1. Attends to medically repatriated/deceased seafarers.

2. Endorsement of sick off-signed crew to P&I accredited medical doctor.

3. Monitors, supervises P&I requirements (P&I cases)

4. Prepares Medical Repatriation Report.

5. Attends to the settlement of P&I cases disability and death benefits, sickness allowance and reimbursement of crew’s medical expenses.

6. Coordinates with the responsible department heads regarding matters related to the Family Welfare of officers and crew.

7. Prepares SSS requirements of seafarers for their sickness benefit.

8. In charge of the computation of seafarers' sickness allowance.

9. Contacts and coordinates with the allotees regarding company welfare programs.

10. Records, updates and maintains personal data of seafarers.

11. Conducts Seafarer’s Satisfaction Questionnaire Survey to all disembarked seafarers and prepares the monthly and annual reports.

12. Receives, sorts and acknowledges communications and forwards it to concerned personnel. Transmits fax and e-mail messages (if necessary) of the company.

13. Records, updates and maintains files of agent's full style address per Principal.

14. In charge of requesting, safekeeping, disbursement and inventory of first aid related supplies such as medicine, first aid kit etc.
Salary:
20.000,00 ₱ Monthly
