Job Description
Working Time Schedule: Store Operations Schedule
Working Days: 8:30am to 7pm, Monday to Friday, 1 day Work-from-home (WFH)
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
• Gender: Male/Female
JOB PROFILE:
• Bachelor's Degree Graduate in any IT related course
• Responsible for guiding and supervising sales operations to ensure profit growth and realization of sales targets. He/she must be able to identify new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with clients.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
• Meeting planned sales goals.
• Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
• Monitoring sales target and report results to business unit heads.
• Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
• Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
• Promoting the organization and products.
• Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
• Attending conferences, meetings, and events.
• Create quotes and proposals for clients.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Sales Supervisor in deal pursuits.
• Hiring and training of staff to ensure an effective team that delivers increased sales performance.
• In charge of monitoring the performance and productivity of the team.
• Motivate and guide the sales team to enable them to improve on their sales performance, and to reach the set goals.
• Coordinate with Credit and Collection in ensuring 100% collection of Account Receivable (AR) 60 days past due.
• Collaborate with other departments in improving the sales operations process.
