Job Description

Job Description:

- Conduct surveys on land sites and properties.
- Taking measurements of distances and angles on a property or section of land to establish legal boundaries.
- Creating records of survey results
- Examine previous records and evidence to ensure data accuracy.
- Use equipment and tools to accurately measure land features (e.g. longitudes, latitudes)
- Report on survey results and present findings to the management.
- Collaborate with engineers and architects on several projects.
- Establishing & laying out of horizontal &Vertical Controls
- Setting out of alignment and Elevation of Structures
- Conduct Leveling and Topographic Survey
- Verifying and checking of quality of works
- Travelling to sites, when necessary.
- Analyzing data using plans, maps, charts, and software such as AutoCAD and GIS programs.
- Prepare progress or technical reports.
- Any tasks given by Immediate Supervisor from time to time.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a surveyor or in a similar role
- At least two (2) years technical work experience in surveying and field operations
- Knowledge of surveying principles, practices, and techniques for land surveying
- Knowledge of skills to operate surveying instruments, such as total stations, etc.
- Familiarity with CAD software
- Aptitude in math and problem-solving
- Attention to detail.
- Willing to assign within NCR area.
