Salary will start at 22k depends on experience
Education Requirement:
At minimum of a bachelor’s degree holder, and/or a master’s degree, in Geodetic Engineering, Cadastral Engineering, Civil Engineering, topographic engineering.
PRC licensed.
Must be fluent in written and spoken English.
At least 3 years’ relevant work experience on Construction Surveying, Land Development and/or Land Acquisition related surveying work.
With wide knowledge using applied technology in the field (use of drones for aerial survey - imagery and georeferencing, satellite images analysis, GIS software, CAD drafting) for geodata analysis and land management.
Teamwork, mentoring, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills are required.
With the ability to work with internal stakeholders (ACEN & GIGA ACE6 Teams) and external stakeholders (regulatory agencies, LGU’s, NGO’s, among others).
Project management, planning, organization, and prioritization skills.
Good moral character, mentally and physically healthy, willing to work full time on site.
Job Description:

The Geodetic/ Cadastral Engineer role is accountable to the Site Manager, the Civil Leads and Project Managers, and coordinates engineering activities which typically are cross departmental, for both performing and overseeing the different works.
Will conduct surveys, manage survey teams and/or surveying
contractors, including work supervision and checking/finalization of deliverables.
Gathering physical data on the project area with the use of precision instruments, as well as scientific and methodical processing of these data, engineering work in precise map drafting, survey and boundary
analysis, and presenting them on maps, graphs, plans, charts, documents and reports.
