Job Description
Ensure suppliers receive and process purchase orders
Acknowledge and update information on purchase orders such as costs, expediting notes, expected & ship dates
Conduct Expediting reports to communicate shipment dates and updates on products Purchasing Support
Assist with purchasing of goods to ensure that the company operational needs are met for each branch
Reconcile receiving issues with warehouse and suppliers
Check pricing and availability on products
Assist with inventory returns, invoices discrepancies, and other tasks as necessary Interacting with Suppliers
Identify purchase order issues and initiate resolution with suppliers
