Job Description
- Handle reservations, direct walk - in guests and take delivery/take out calls.
- Coordinate and manage communication between customers and kitchen staff.
- Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area.
- Handle customer complaints professionally while ensuring their satisfaction.
