Job Description

This role plays a vital part in driving energy sales, managing customer relationships, ensuring compliance with the bidding process, and actively engaging in sales-related activities within the Wholesale Electricity Spot Market (WESM) and related sectors.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Engineering or a related field. A master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
• 3-5 years of experience in energy sales, customer relationship management, and bidding process management within the energy or power sector. Fresh graduates are also welcome.
• Strong understanding of the WESM rules and market protocols.
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in market research and customer profiling.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
