Job Description

Drake’s top client – the largest dealer of Rice Combine Harvesters in the Philippines, is currently hiring a Product Development Manager to be part of their collaborative team in Pasig City!

Responsibilities:
The Product Development Manager (PDM) is responsible for the research and development of new products (agricultural machinery and inputs, food processing, etc.) and new business opportunities in both agricultural and non-agricultural sectors. In this this role, the incumbent shall develop feasibility study, business model and assist sales for any technical assistance needed such as in the form of training, product testing, demo, and the likes.

Qualifications:
• Graduate of a business course, preferably related to Agribusiness.
• At least three 5 to 8 years’ work experience in new products and new business development preferably in an agribusiness environment.
• Must be adept at feasibility studies and financial analysis.
